At RabuRabu, we take great care in crafting and delivering your custom 3D-printed lithophanes. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and what to do if there’s an issue with your order.

1. Processing Time

  • All lithophanes are custom-made to order.

  • Orders are typically processed and printed within 1-3 business days before shipping.

  • During busy seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer multiple shipping options depending on your location:

Domestic Shipping (Within UK)

📦 Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, so be sure to check our website or subscribe to our newsletter!

4. Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

  • If you do not receive a tracking update after 3 business days, please contact us.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

💨 Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, weather, or customs. However, we will do our best to assist if you experience issues.

📦 Lost Packages: If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If it’s still missing, contact us, and we’ll help investigate.

🚑 Damaged Items: If your lithophane arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours with clear photos of the damage. We’ll work on a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

6. Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

7. Changes to Shipping Policy

We may update this policy at any time to reflect changes in shipping services or policies. Any updates will be posted on this page.
